central Texas. Benefits offered include medical, dental,
life insurance and 401k working with the region’s largest
providers.
My name is Brooks Watson and I have been in the
employee benefit business for the past 15 years, 10 years on the
carrier side before opening my own brokerage firm in Austin 5 years
ago. Having worked on both sides of the benefits markets
has given me a unique perspective in approaching the business for
my clients. I have the relationships with the carriers along
with the knowledge of how to get through the system to get
the best possible coverage at the greatest value.

Our approach as a Brokerage has
been to grow slowly and steadily with a strong focus on client
service. We have over 30 small and medium business clients
on our books. This slow growth philosophy allows our clients
to receive the same service and the same interaction with me and
my staff as they did the day they hired me. We try and keep
the environment with our clients professional yet we also provide
a family type atmosphere with our interactions and services. You’re
